Numca
Hello, I went to simulate a system with the Huawei SUN2000-215KTL-H3 inverter, and I came across the following problem: This inverter has 3 MPPTs, where the first one has 5 inputs, and the other two MPPTs have 4 inputs. When I try to check the option of MPPTs with different number of inputs, the software prevents me from placing more than two MPPTs. How can I get around this problem? Linda Thoren
Dear Numca, Your problem is not clear. In PVsyst you need to have a number of strings that is a multiple of the MPPTs used. In your case with 3 MPPTs, it seems like you should create two subarrays, the first one with 1 MPPT and 5 strings, the second with 2 MPPTs and 8 strings. If your system is well dimensioned you should not have any error messages linked to the distribution of strings on the MPPT outputs. If this is not the answer to your problem please post a picture of your system configuration and the error message that you get. Regards
