Simulation in Pvsyst 8.0.3

Buenas tardes,

I would like to ask about this message in red (To launch a new simulation, please define the tracker's diffuse shading option in the shading scene) that appears when I want to simulate some projects that already worked in version 7.4, I have tried to find the solution but I have not been able to start the simulation and I need to continue carrying out other projects, I appreciate your prompt response.

Hi,

With the latest PVsyst version, automatic mode for diffuse shading calculations for systems that involve trackers has indeed been removed. Now, users are required to manually define a representative tracker for diffuse shading calculations.

You define a representative tracker by clicking “Tools”, “Trackers diffuse shading definition”. In this tool you can choose to calculate the diffuse shading factor for all trackers, or select a representative tracker that will be used to evaluate the diffuse shading factors
