Why does it change, and how can I ensure that PR and production remain consistent when running a one-year simulation and when using the Aging tool for 25 years simulation?

The performance of your system will degrade with time. The goal with these tools is to evaluate the PR after a certain amount of year. The PR will not be consistent if you are including a degradation and the PR will be a result of the simulation.
