Effective irradiation on collectors is base on module area rather than cells area?

I did a simulation and found that in the loss diagram the effective irradiation on the collector is based on module area, not cell area. Should the latter be more accurate and is it possible to change it to cell area?  THX in adv.

No, since PVsyst determines the efficiency normalized on the module area, it is necessary to work with the latter for consistency.
There is no difference in terms of accuracy, it is more a matter of convention.

Thanks for reply.  I had originally thought the effective irradiation on collectors would be on the large side if it is based on modules area.  I was overthinking it.
