Swonno Posted May 28 Posted May 28 (edited) Hi PVSyst Team, I'd like to know the calculation fomula for GlobEff. For example GlobEff = GlobInc + GlobHor (It would be great if you can explain with the compents in Loss diagram like far shadings, nearshaing , etc.) Thank you, Edited May 28 by Swonno
Swonno Posted May 28 Author Posted May 28 I"m sorry , let me make my question clear. I'm trying to reversely calculate GlobEff for only Jan with Loss diagram datas. How can i make the syntax for calculating? Can you guide me pls?
Agnes Bridel Posted May 28 Posted May 28 GlobEff is the effective irradiance in the PV module after taking into account optical losses such as far and near shadings, IAM and soiling losses. When visualizing the loss diagram in PVsyst, you can easily export the values by clicking the "Export" button. This allows you to paste the data into Excel or another spreadsheet application. The exported data provides a detailed breakdown of the losses and energy for each variable, allowing you to reverse engineer the calculations.

Thank you for the reply and thank you for the explanation. Happy weekend PVSyst team !
