Question: Why is that my energy output is going above the AC capacity at certain hours of the day in Jan, Dec, Nov?

DC: 96.85MWp

AC: 91.47MW

Please check that your inverter is not defined with an increased Pnom when the temperature is low  (page "Output parameters" of the inverter's dialog).
