roberto.bissanti
Hi Hizir, I need to precise that the issue is present in all projects. Today I installed PVSyst into another machine with Win11 and the problem is present too. I attach in the email that I've just send to you the Log of PVSyst installed in Win10 and in Win11. Each machine are installed on VMs running MacOS Parallels, but until a few days ago PVSyst never crashed. In this video ( https://www.dropbox.com/t/1DiAg2Yfp3W9db5p ) you can see the behavior of PVSyst. I'm waiting for your response rapidly. Thanks, Roberto Bissanti
Marcelino
Hi, I have the same problem. I have tried it with windows 11 and the same thing happens. It does not happen to me in all projects, some if the report is prepared correctly. Can it happen with projects created before version 7.3.4? Nils Lang
Dear Jackson White, Please check for updates the other software components you are using on your Mac. You should verify first hand that you have the latest macOS update installed. You can also have a look at: https://kb.parallels.com/128970 You can also try the Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter on ARM : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/arm/apps-on-arm-program-compat-troubleshooter You should also read Parallels Desktop KB about: Limitations of running Windows 11 on Apple M-series Mac computers in Parallels Desktop for Mac Finally, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the virtual machine you are using emulates correctly all the Windows functionalities PVsyst is using. Best regards.
