Hello, Dtarin. 

You can change your timestamps and import "10 hours" of data, and then change the timestamps after simulation to minutes. 

If I understand this correctly, this means after simulation result is generated, the corresponding power generation data also correspond to the power generation per minute? if i have 15 mins step ambient data for one year, Can i simulate 4 times in pvsyst so that i can get 15 mins production report?

There is the problem of sun direction, I think doing this would get that incorrectly.

However you can split in several files for each minute stamp and simulate each one with the proper time shift, that should do the trick.
