User Logo in the Project Report

Hello,

I can't print my reports with our company logo attached. I have uploaded the logo in the license tab and there is no problem related to it and I select "insert logo" in printing options. However the logo is not attached to the report.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is your logo in BMP format ?

Do you see it when importing it in the "Status and Activation" window ?

Does the path to this logo (or its filename) contain special characters like accents ?

If everything above is ok, please send me this logo file and I will check here.

My user logo was in jpg format and the problem is solved after converting it to bmp format.

Hi Andre,

I've imported my company's logo under the user's info and logo tab and it shows up on the 64X128 logo window and it doesn'tshow up on my print. The logo is a bmp file. Please help...

When you have imported your logo using (in Version 6) : main menu "Preferences" / "User Info and Logo", you can get it on the printed forms:

- By default for any "new" print or calculation version: main menu "Preferences" / "User Info and Logo"

- For a given form or report: in the printer dialog, button "Option" you can still decide if you want the logo or not.

For simulations from version 5, this may be unchecked by default.
