My user logo was in jpg format and the problem is solved after converting it to bmp format. Thanks for your advices.

Hello, I can't print my reports with our company logo attached. I have uploaded the logo in the license tab and there is no problem related to it and I select "insert logo" in printing options. However the logo is not attached to the report. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks for responding
