Hi PVsyst, We found new option of "Irradiance optimization" in PVsyst 6.7.9 version. However, we didn't found any reference or guidance on how it work ?? and it background methodology ??. when are not sure when to use this option ??. Request to provide some details on newly available option "Irradiance optimization" in Project design>Orientation Tab. Regards, Pavan

I went through the result chart, and i observed that Mismatch losses due to String and modules are directly proportional to the given input mismatch value in Detailed losses. However, for Back side mismatch losses, i could see different calculations were used. unable to understand, how the rear mismatch losses were calculated based on the input values at Bifacial system > Structural Shading factor & Rear Mismatch loss values. Request PVsyst team to provide the calculation behind the output result percentage value of rear mismatch loss.

even i too would like to know, How PVsyst calculates the Mismatch losses considering the input values of Mismatch loss percentage and Structural shading factor.. ?
