Vivek Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 I was trying to simulate the shading losses of two sided rooftop using shading analysis tool. The report says almost 100% irradiation is lost due to near shading. Again the shading table calculated shows almost every value as "Behind" and all 90 degree azimuth height as 1. Probably the PV array is not defined correctly (perhaps a Polygonal field, with points counted anti-clockwise, which means a down orientation ?).
