Shading

On a single roof, i have layout of 90 panel (310 kW JA Solar) with zero degree tilt and 180 Azimuth and other 32 panel, 8 degree tilt and 270 Azimuth in California.

MY EPC send me Solmetric file for shading. Files are Average Shading.csv, Average Solar Access.csv, Average Wndowed Solar access.csv, Obstruction elevation.csv.

In my PVsyst under Horizon, I imported Obstruction elevation file and my production factor droped to 1300 range from 1600 range. Is that right way to account for shading or there is someother way to include these shading files.
