Near shading definition in 3D model (Spacing of 2-3 cm)

I’ve uploaded the 3D file, but it still shows this. What could be the cause?
Even after I moved the panels as far apart as possible, it still appears.
- How to fix it?

You can disable this check in Near Shadings by going to:

Tools → Disable field interpenetration check

Hi,

I have the problem that when I select the "Automatic altitude" and set a distance to ground of 0,8m, PVsyst does not apply it. The panels are still going underneath the topology.

Does anymone have a solution or advice ?
