Import - Read Error

I have received a group of files from a customer to generate a base case and perform an alternate design. However, when trying to access any of the imported files (prj, vco, sit, met, pan, ond) I receve a "Read error" See attached image of the screen shot of the error message.

When accessing the pan file through tools, PV modules and selecting "no" in the error message window, many data points are missing.

As you can see from the screen shot, I am running V5.72. Could this error result from importing files that were exported from version 6?

Yes of course.

You can read files of the version 5 with the version 6, but not the inverse (upwards compatibility).

... so I'm getting this error because the files are from version 6? Could this error be caused by any other reason?
