Toni Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Hi, After I selected the site location (by coordinates), PVsyst still asks for the altitude, even if it's already typed in. It does not import the meteo data and I can not continue. The problem is still present, if I choose other weather data and there's a internet connection (as I've chosen the location from the interactive map). What can I do, to get the meteo files imported ? Thanx, Toni
Michele Oliosi Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Hi, which version of PVsyst are you on ? This might be corrected by updating.

Thank you for your reply - I am using the version 7.4.7 (rev. 37278). When starting PVsyst during booting it's searching fo updates, however when I click on help-> update program I receive a failure messaage (see image below): Do I need to upgrade to new versions to enable updates ? Thanx for any help....
Laurent C Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Hello Toni, The location of the downloaded installer might have some permission restriction, preventing you to save it. You can try by downloading directly from our website : https://www.pvsyst.com/download/latest

JMC Posted April 10 Posted April 10 (edited) I have the same issue. Using PVsyst 8.0.9 And I have been lead to believe I've got full admin privileges for this machine. (I can download and install this software.) Edited April 10 by JMC Clarifying PVsyst Version
