Pete Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 I find myself needing to compare two independent models for project proposal evaluation. Often times, one author of a particular model may wish to skew results for one purpose or another. Today, I caught a change on MV transformer copper loss that was used to bias the results of the simulation. At present moment, I find myself comparing each design parameter by manually reviewing each model / variant and cataloging this data into a spreadsheet. I would very much like to export all of the configuration variables for a particular variant. By this, I mean every selection that the user selects or configures in both the main and optional parameters. I could quickly then compare various models / variants against one another. Does this functionality exist? Is there a technique to achieve my goal? Thank You! Pete
Michele Oliosi Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 If you have both projects and variants, you can compare the reports, but I think this still categorizes as "manually reviewing". Unfortunately, no, there is no such export of configuration variables in a way that can be parsed. We have this on our roadmap, but at the moment bug fixes and other major improvements have a higher precedence.
