Hourly data with grid power limiatation

Hi, 

I want to simulate potential oversizing solutions for PV plants using grid power limitation. For example a simulation for 8MWp with grid power limiatation at 5MW. The simulation itself is easy to do, however I am strugling with interpretation of hourly data. Could you please clarify if hourly data is the most precise data PVsyst can generate? As we know power generation can change quite significantly during an hour and this would have a big influence on energy injected into grid  while using grid power limitation, meaning that averaging data to one hour distorts the result, especial in cases when real life energy procuced during one hour varies within that hour sometimes being above and sometimes being below the grid power limitation. Is it maybe somehow included in you programm?
