Different values PDF report vs CSV report

Hello,

Recently I wanted to create a CSV report made from " Simulation-Advanced Sim" and after i have added into the CSV file the consumption of the building and made the sum of the each column to get the entire energy, the values were different than in the PDF Report.

It  is not the first time making this kind of report, but this time i don't understand why the values are different from one report to the other one, because i have created the PDF and the CSV one after another.

In my opinion, the different values are because the PDF report is taking some extra losses ( exp. System unavailability), but i don't  know how to fix this to do not get more diffferent values from an report to another.

I will be very thankful If you can help me with this problem.
