How do you model E-W Single Axis Tracking - Trackers moving once a day to orient modules towards the sun's average height that day

We are working on a tracking layout with an E-W single axis orientation (Modules tracking N-S). We wanted to know if this is possible in the current version of the software. Under help, the E-W horizontal tracking orientation just seems to be a place holder, and not E-W axis whereby the trackers would rotate once a day to orient the modules to the average elevation of the sun on the horizon. Any advice on if and how this can be modeled?
