activation problem

When We try to direct online activation, there's a message like below.

"Activation failed, communication error, please use a external activation."

So, when we try to external activation again, there's a message like below.

"http 500 error"

Is your server broken??

Or, What is the matter with our activation key?

Our activation key can't run any computer in our office.
