Sylvain Pepoli Posted August 2, 2021 Share Posted August 2, 2021 Hello,Does the MP4 file exist in the folder you selected ?If yes, then maybe there is no default video player set for reading MP4 files.If not, it can be an antivirus issue preventing PVsyst to write the files required to generate the video file. Try to disable your antivirus temporarily and generate the video again.We have been working on improving video generation for version 7.2.5, hopefully this will fix these antivirus issues.
