When importing PVcase tracker shading scene - bifacial option doesn't work

Hello,

I have a problem when importing a tracker 3D scene from PV Case software and trying to use the bifacial option in the simulation.

An error is generated that my system is not suitable for bifacial modules. If I don't use bifacial option, there is no a problem.

Please advise how to fix it.

The Bifacial model of PVsyst supposes that your system may be approximated by an "unlimited sheds" configuration.

In your case, perhaps the altitudes of some trackers are not completely homogeneous, or the spacing between trackers is not sufficiently regular.
