Conversion of SIT meteo file to tmy3

Is there any mean to convert SIT file to tmy3 file while retaining all relevant data?

I'd like to import PVsyst data to other application, which accepts tmy3.

PVsyst can import meteo data from many sources, in many formats, and creates internal *.MET files.

But it doesn't create files in external formats.
