External Transformer Inputs

Regarding the external transformer option of the detailed losses section. Should the resistive/inductive % at STC be what the value would be assuming the transformer was capable of be utilized at such a high power rating? I am trying to model the transformer losses for a 10MW transformer even though the STC of my system is ~13MW. I have taken the transformer curves that I have and assumed that it can operate at 130% and utilized the % of resistive/inductive loads in the model.

Any comments regarding the transformer losses would be much appreciated.
