YoanD
Hello,I'm wondering how can I directly find bifacial modules during project simulation. For example, I'm looking for 72-cells bifacial modules but impossible for now to get a list in the tool. :( (it is not considered as a "technology")And the modules I know are not available. The only one I found is the SolarWorld Bisun. (60-cells)Could someone give me one model available ?Thank you for your helpYoanD
André Mermoud
There are still very few bi-facial modules in the database. Only one or 2 manufacturers have proposed such modules up to now. For your first tests, you can open any usual module, and transform it as a bifacial module by defining a not null bifaciality factor (in the PV module dialog, page "Size and technology"). ymohieldeen
Dear All;I am trying to simulate bi-facial module performance. I ticked the Bi-faciality factor (attached). I run the simulation, but the results doesn't include module rear performance and losses.Am I doing something wrong?thank youYasir
André Mermoud
Defining a Bi-facial module is obviously not sufficient. When you choose a bifacial module, in the "System" dialog you have a button "Bifacia system" for defining the full Bi-facial configuration. NB: The bi-facial option is only available with Grid-connected systems in the present time-.
