Reading Outputs from the text file

Hi,

We're trying to write a VBA program that can read the output from the simulation by looking at the simulation VC# file. It looks like the output data is stored hourly for the day. And that the numbers are stored in base 62. Is that correct? Would we take VarSimlu_83=-E_Grid then for energy injected into the grid?
