Usage rights not updating v6.4.3

When synchronizing usage rights, the reactivation date is not advancing.

I use external synchronisation, follow the process and see message "Usage rights successfully synchronized", but the reactivation date does not change, and I continue to receive the "PVsyst license will exprire soon" message when starting the program.

You should check first that you have strictly followed each of the three steps of external activation. Here is a link to our tutorials. One of them explains step by step how to perform an external license activation:

If your usage rights are still not updated then email your PVsyst log files to support@pvsyst.com. Note that you can easily export them using PVsyst menu .
