  1. Hi, I am analyzing the energy yield for 25 years from a zero year PVsyst report. As we apply a linear degradation rate of 0.5% for the first year, theoretically the DC/AC ratio would also change due to reduction in module capacity due to degradation. And so clipping loss would reduce. This will result change in the yield. I want an accurate result. Could someone please suggest how to accurately quantify this clipping loss reduction due to degradation rate. If this quantification is possible through PVsyst analysis, that would be great.
  2. Hi, I have two cases where DC/AC overloading has been kept same for both string inverter and central inverter. All other conditions are also same. But the inverter loss over nominal power in case of string inverter is coming more than that of the central inverter. I think it should also have been same for both the cases. Can anyone help with this doubt? Thanks
