Does the PVsyst irradiance optimization feature stow trackers to a flat (phi=0) position during all times of high diffuse conditions? What is the diffuse ratio that triggers a flat position? Are there times when the tracking angle would be non-zero? For example, fully covered weather makes sense to go flat, but what if its only partially cloudy.
