Since i face the same issue, i have sent an email to PVsyst. They informed me that there is an issue with PVGIS API servers, that is why we cannot import the weather data.

Hello everyone, I am trying to implement a PV site in PVsyst which will be constructed on a terrain with a slope of 10 degrees West. What i am doing is , i change the Baseline slope in the 3D modeling. But i don't know if this is the correct way. The issue is that when i change the baseline slope it calculates new tilt and aximuth than the one that i have given it in the Orientation section. Thank you
