  1. I am working on a tracker system that will be following the sun from East to West. I have selected the N-S axis, and backtracking capabilities, but not sure what information exactly it is looking for under Heliostats parameters. Right now I am assuming the following: Pitch = Row to row spacing Collector width = Width of tracker table Left and Right Inactive band = ??? Can someone confirm if these assumptions are correct and answer what is unknown, and if not guide me in the right direction. Thanks
  2. I am trying to run a simulation with a 1.46 Pnom. The problem is, that when I go to run the simulation, it is grayed out. Is there a setting or something I can change, that will allow me to run the simulation with this higher AC / DC ration?
  3. I am currently running PVsyst 5.69 on my desktop and have a trial version of 6.11 on my laptop. I am finding that when I run the same simulation between both machines it is giving me different values with the GlobInc on the simulation report. This therefore is causing a discrepancy in my final production numbers. I am using the same meteo file and components for both, so I am wondering how this value is calculated and if there is a way to determine which one is more accurate. Thank you.
