  1. I tried that and the bi-facial produces 0.54% more kWh - any ideas why?
  2. I was able to do it by re-defining the monofacial module as a bi-facial with 0% bi-faciality factor in a custom .pan file. It does give the message "The bifaciality factor has an unrealistic value of 0.00", but it saves the file and allows the monofacial module to be used in a separate sub-array to run the model. Is this a valid workaround?
  3. I have the latest - 7.1.4 and trying to construct a rooftop array. The whole program crashes every time I try to close the scene. Is there an update that fixes this? Thanks, Len
  4. I'm using the latest version 7.0.15 and still seeing the confusing "Generic Reference Pac(STC)" in the transformer losses section. Suggest eliminating it and replacing with "Inverter Max. Output Pac" - which is what the transformer losses are actually based upon, not STC or any other test conditions.
  5. I'm running a grid-tied model with self-consumption using a daily load profile with monthly normalizations. The Report displays a blank graph for the monthly loads. The daily profile graph does display, but not in the units I selected (shows Watts, rather than kW). How can I get both graphs to display with the units selected? Nothing I've tried has any effect. Thanks much, Len
  6. I set up a daily load profile with monthly normalization. It all works fine in the model, but cannot get the monthly profile graph to show up in the report, only the daily profile graph - see attached screenshot. I tried using different units (kWh, MWh) for both the daily and monthly values but the first graph is always blank. Thanks, Len
