  1. Hello, I'm attempting to build a large scale plant in a 3D scene, but the calculation times are very long and I'd like to adjust the calculations to have a faster approximation. I came across this section in the help document, but I'm not sure how to implement it. I've created a 'Table Zone', but without any tables in there I can't use the shadings from the objects I've created to be used in the simulation. How would I go about doing this?
  2. Hello Andre, How is muGamma determined from muPmpp in the case that muPmpp is fixed to a manufacturer standard at low temperatures? You have noted that Io_ref is limited to 0.1pA, which causes a non-linear behavior with the Pmpp, so in this case, would the muPmpp not be fixed, and therefore the muGamma would also not be fixed any longer? How is the muGamma calculated at low temperatures? Thanks,
  3. Hello All, Does anyone know what parameter in a .pan file would cause a linear vs non-linear behaviour in the max power point of a module vs temperature in the one-diode model calculated by PVsyst? I have 3 modules from the same manufacturer that behave differently, 2 modules will have a linear behaviour and their maximum power point will increase with a decrease in temperature. The last one will behave linearly up to a point (about -10C), and then its power will start decreasing with temperature instead of increasing. I've checked a few more .pan files and about 45% of them have this non-linear behavior as well, all starting to decrease in power at around -10C. Does anyone know how PVSysts decides to correct for temperature in a linear vs non-linear way? I looked at the .pan files, but no parameter really stood out that might isolate the modules with a non-linear performance, so I assume it might not have to do with the .pan file parameters and have more to do with PVSysts methods of correcting for temperature. If anyone has a potential answer to this, I'd greatly appreciate an explanation Thanks,
  4. How does the temperature dependence of the diode saturation current in the one-diode model allow PVsyst to solve/fix muPmax? Does the model calculate Pmax first at a given temperature then find the corresponding muPmax from the reference Pmax? Or does the model calculate muPmax first and then apply it to find Pmax? Io(T) = Io ref ( Tc / Tc ref )3 · exp [ ( q · EGap / Gamma · k) · ( 1 / Tc ref - 1 / Tc ) ]
