From the free Databases that are provided from different sources are released in the NET which are supposed to be more reliable ?

This differs from Area to area - Europem - America - Asia

I am more interested in MENA countries

This is a difficult question.

For Africa and Europe, the PVGIS data are rather good for recent climate.

For the USA, there are several sources, I don't know which is the more reliable.

For the rest of the world, if you have doubts, you can also buy paid data.
