Wire Length in Ohmic Losses

Dear PVsyst Team,

 

I would like to clarify the wire length definition used in PVsyst.

Could you please confirm whether the following wire length inputs should be entered as **one-way length** or **two-way length**?

1. DC Circuit: String module connections / Main box to inverter  
2. AC Circuit: Length Inverter to injection

In the DC circuit (array of strings), the total wire length is indeed the lenght of the whole loop (this si mentioned just below "Please specify the total wire length for each circuit. "

For the AC circuit, this is the line length (distance between devices).
