PVsyst has been crashing

Hello,

I have been facing an issue for almost two days, and i have no idea what could be the cause, i cannot open a new site, and on my old sites, i cannot seem to import a new image with topography, i tried to uninstall and reinstall it, i tried to repair the app, it seems like PVsyst is not connected to the internet, while of course i have internet on my laptop, and it is working fine. now the reason why i think it is an internet problem is because i tried to open a new site, and it gave me this popup that there is no internet on my laptop, you will find the image attached to this message
