2-axis tracker shading analysis

I cannot get the shading analysis to work correctly for 2-axis tracking. If I turn off the shade effects then it seems to work okay. When I turn on either linear or module shading, things get strange. First, I cannot turn off backtracking. Second, the hourly results show very strange tilt/azimuth tracking. For example, in the morning the tracker may be pointed to the west during some hours and then it goes back over to the east.
