Aidenn Posted September 19 Share Posted September 19 Hi PVSyst, I'm designing a 3D near shading where the tracker N-S is on an uneven ground. I got csv file from Google Earth. .kml. I used zone > create tracking fields > automatic tilt > set automatic altitude too. Still elevations are visible above the installed tracker. Do you have any solution that. Thank you. Jeremie Posted September 20 Share Posted September 20 Hello, Based on your description, it seems that the resolution of the ground data in your CSV file might not be sufficient, which could result in gaps or "holes" in the definition, causing some trackers to appear below the ground. To better understand and resolve this, could you please send us the CSV file you used so we can investigate further? You can send it to support@pvsyst.com, and we’ll take a closer look.
