Inverter Configuration

Hello,

i'm wondering if there is a difference between this two configurations in inverter effiencey.

We have an Inverter of 125KVA has 9MPPT and 18 input of strings which we have 14strings in our base configuration distributed as follows: 

First case:

6 MPPT with two input of strings each has 17 Panels in series,1MPPT with 17 panels in series,1MPPT with 18 panels in series and there is one MPPT free

Seconde case:

5 MPPT with two input of strings each has 17 Panels in series,1MPPT with 17 panels in series,1MPPT with 17 panels in series,1MPPT with 17 panels in series and there is no MPPT free
