LFurzsina
Hello everybody, I recieved a PAN file from a manufacturer (ZNShnine) for a solar panel I need to check for our project. I copied the PAN file to the ComposPV -> PVmodules folder, exactly how I did it many times before. After this action I opened my PVsyst 7.3 and tried to select the imported panel in my system specifications, but I cannot find it there. I always import the pan files this way, and it always worked for me, I even recieved and imported succesfully pan files from this manufacturer as well. Did anybody experienced this problem before or does anyone knows a solution for my issue? Thank you!
Lazare Fesnien
Dear LFurzsina, Maybe there is a problem in the definition of the PAN file. Can you send the PAN file to support@pvsyst.com ?
LFurzsina
Dear Lazare, I have sent the PAN file in question to the above-mentioned e-mail address. Thank you for your help in advance!
Lazare Fesnien
Is is indicated in the PAN file that this PV module is no longer present on the market. You must therefore choose "all modules" in the "availability" filter.

Lazare Fesnien
You must check that the manufacturer's name is written correctly and you must restart PVsyst after an import.
