Detailed loss - unavailability of system

How to set unavailability system details in part of details of loss if my system will not use any energy for 100 days per year?

I don't understand well what you mean.

If the unavailability concerns a failure of the PV system, you should define it in "Detailed losses > Unavailability". Here you define periods fo which your system will not provide any energy.

If this concerns  the use of the electricity, you can define a load profile with some periods without any consumption.
