Bhagyesh Bhaskaran Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 Dear All , I would like to get clarification on GlobInc values , for instance inactual we have received Globhor values has 2158 Kwh/m2 compared to the designed parameters 2044Kwh/m2 which is more than 5% ,so do we need to consider the same amount of increase on GlobInc values also from the designed values ?
André Mermoud Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 The irradiance on the tilted plane is computed using the transposition model (Hay or Perez), as described in the help. This strongly depends on the beam component (i.e. the diffuse). Now when the GlobHor is modified, usually the diffuse is also affected (a higher GlobHor means a higher beam, therefore o lower diffuse fraction). This will affect the ration GlobInc/GlobHor.
