Scene objects missing

in Shading Scene, all objects are missing, even when creating new one :cry: . Please assist on how to show missing objects.

Getting this in 7.2.11. Cannot save as new variant to resolve, or create a new shade scene; problem still persists.

Hi all,

This problem was not reported to us through the support channel.

We haven't made any noticeable changes in the 3D display in latest versions.

In most of the cases, this kind of issue occurs due to the machine’s graphic card configuration :

• The graphics card driver is out-of-date: Please check that your display drivers are up-to-date (https://forum.pvsyst.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2771).
• There are conflicting graphics cards in the machine: If you have a dedicated graphics card, please follow the procedure linked below: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5035/~/run-with-graphics-processor-missing-from-context-menu%3A-change-in-process-of.
