Reusing batch parameters

The help file states:

 

A new file "Myproject_BatchParams_i.CSV" is created at each opening of the batch tool: you can never reuse a "MyProject_Params_i.CSV" file, except by copy/paste its parameters (but be careful with the matching of the columns with titles).

 

What is the reason this file (or a copy of it) cannot be reused? What is so special about it?

This passage is obsolete. You can re-use batch parameter files within the same project. Selecting 'Existing files' gives a choice of batch parameter files that have been created within the project.
