Issues Uploading .PAN and .OND Files

I have been having issues with .PAN and .OND files not importing into PVsyst V6.38. I keep receiving the following error message: "invalid numeric format - file has been created whit PVsyst version 0.00 it is no more readable in version 6.38"

Is there a way I can convert these files to be readable whit 6.38? These files were obtained from the manufactures and are their latest versions.

You can convert these files by opening them in a new version (> V6.40), and save them using the option "File compatible with old versions" in the saving dialog.

You can also ask the manufacturer for sending files in the old format.
