Unable to import Meteo Data PVsyst V6.49

Dear Sir ,

We are trying to import hourly load values from CSV hourly data file that we built based on the hourly template already in PVsyst but we keep getting this error :

Conversion error of string 31.12.2016 23:00 => Date

The format should be MM/DD/YY(YY) HH/MM!

Can you please advise / can we send the file for you review?

PVsyst tries to read your data in the american format MM/DD/YY instead of the European one DD/MM/YY.

You should specify this format in the Format protocol.

Sorry but i don't quite get it , you mean we should redo the entire CSV file and change the format to MM/DD/YY ??
