I have sub hourly weather file with time step of 30 minutes.
When I import this data to PVsyst the GHI hourly data is taken as the sum of each 30 min GHI data. Is this the correct interpretation?
To my understanding the hourly data should be the average of the 30 min data points.
Now when I import this data to PVsyst the monthly GHI in KWHr is taken as the sum of all the 30 min data for the given month. Should it not be the sum of all the 30 min data divided by 2 (as each of the GHI is for 30 min time interval).
Pls correct my understanding here.

Nice inputs here.
I tried a tracker simulation using backtracking option for a site in Australia. I am seeing a near shading loss of 3.1% which is surprising. Please see below water fall loss diagram. Can you pls let me know what could be wrong here? I have done a very simple shading scene with out any additional shading objects. If you would like to check further i can share the project files pls let me know the mail ID I have to send it to.

Hi,
I am using PVsyst 6.86.
When i use the self consumption option (no storage defined)
Produced Energy is not equal to E_Solar+E_Grid. Should they not be the same?
The difference is significant:
Produced Energy (in PVsyst report) = 3201 MWHr
E_Solar = 2366.6 MWHr
E_Grid = 817.44 MWHr
E_Solar + E_GRid = 3184.04MWHr
Pls clarify the same as this is leading to too many confusions.
