  1. Hello Linda, Thank you for your prompt response. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding your mention of "in earlier version the report was protected so that it cannot be manipulated," could you please specify which version or earlier versions would require a password to edit the PDF file? What password should be entered to continue editing the PDF file generated by PVsyst? Would updating PVsyst to the latest version, such as Version 8.0.6, resolve this issue? Because we want to edit the entire content of the PDF file, we kindly ask for your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you very much!
  2. Hello, I would like to ask you about the password issue for the PDF files generated by PVsyst. After selecting "Print" for the simulation results in PVsyst and then clicking "Save document as PDF", when editing this PDF file with other software (such as InDesign), the file requires a password to continue. Screenshots are attached for your reference. May I ask what password should be entered? Please kindly assist and guide us on this matter. Thank you very much!
  3. Hello, sorry to bother you with a question about transferring PVsyst licenses. Could you please tell me how many times a license can be transferred to another computer? Is there a limit on the number of transfers? Could you also provide the procedure for transferring licenses? Thank you very much!
  4. Hello, I have a question regarding the upgrade of PVsyst. If we order a PVsyst 7 PROFESSIONAL yearly subscription and it is still within the license period, can we upgrade to PVsyst 8 PROFESSIONAL for free? If so, can we simply upgrade by running the PVsyst 7 PROFESSIONAL software and selecting "Help" > "Check for Updates"? Or do we need to download the PVsyst 8 PROFESSIONAL installation file separately and execute it? Please kindly assist with your response and guidance. Thank you so much! Your help is greatly appreciated!
