How can I Change the state in .PAN file instead of doing it into the pVSYST and saving.
-
And how this can be tracked in PAN file ?
-
hritik started following How to download .Pan file from PVSYT. ? I want to update IAM values in .PAN file but there are no IAM value instead some Oper points are listed.please reply , Issue in user defined IAM Values importing and I want to simulate a fixed tilt and a HSAT (Horizontal single axis tracking ) both at a single simulation
-
While importing the PV module PAN file and updating the IAM values in it, the default values are being applied instead of the user-defined ones. The user-defined values are only being applied when I manually select the user-defined profile. However, in earlier PAN files, the user-defined values were automatically applied from the PAN file. Please suggest why this is happening and what corrective measures can be taken to resolve this issue.

Please provide instructions on how to do the simulation for the above

while selecting an orientation, i want to simulate for HSAT and Fixed tilt both. How can i do the simulation for both cases in a single simulation. Secondly, does it possible to select the both the losses in a single simulation? MV Line Loss 0.50% MV Line Voltage 33kV IDT Loss 0.10%, 0.90% HV Line Voltage 400kV HV Transformer Loss 0.04%, 0.23% 400kV Transmission Line Loss There is any way i can take both MV and HV losses 0.15%

I am seeing the pan file of a manufacturer and found that 1) Pmax temper. coeff. is not matching in Pdf pan file and datasheet (-0.32%/°C vs -0.35%/°C) 2) Voc temp. coefficient (MuVoc) is not matching in Pdf pan file and datasheet -128 mV/°C = - 0.256 %/°C vs -0.27%/°C) 3) Isc temperature coefficient (muIsc) is not matching in Pdf pan file and datasheet -5.2 mA/°C = 0.3719 %/°C vs -0.045%/°C) What could be the reasons? and How to convert muIsc in mA/°C to %/°C? Kindly help

I have simulated the PVSYST for two different solar manufacturer with keeping the all the parameters same. the results of 25 years are varying. The difference between the generation should be same if we are considering degradation/year factor same for both manufactures but in this case difference is varying with the large difference . please help me out. When comparing different manufacturers for a particular site, I obtained the results which are varying. Are there any default parameters for PV loss due to irradiance levels and PV loss due to temperature in PVSYST? On what parameters do these factors depend? Is it possible to get gain due to loss from irradiance levels? What should be the ideal values for Module quality losses?

While uploading Pan file the Rseries values is not modifying?
hritik posted a topic in PV Components
Previously when i was uploading the pan files , PVSYST use to take the Rseries values from pan file. but now when i am uploading the pan file the Rseries value is not getting modified. For ex : Rseries value in Pan file : 0.221ohm, and after uploading pan file in pvsyst it is showing 0.197ohm in model parameters. Please suggsest what can be done to resolve this.
